The project includes construction and installation of technical system, antenna of 17 floors building on ground of 2961m2 on Pham Hung road, Tu Liem district, Hanoi of which the Owner is Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Corporation.
The project, a 17 floors and 1 basement building, is commenced on 2nd quarter of 2007 and planed to complete on 1st quarter of 2009.
