1. Construction including industrial, civil, traffic and irrigation works, hydro power, underground and offshore projects, post office, cultural and sport works, airports, harbors, technical infrastructure for urban and industrial zones, water sewerage and supply, environmental projects, power line system and transformer stations;
2. Provide construction consultant services in setting up and implementation of investment projects such as urban, industrial and residential zones, technical infrastructure, offices for lease and public services (in the scope of the professional certificate), design and set up estimate for works up to Group B, provide consultant services in drafting tender invitation documents and evaluating bidding documents, provide consultant services in construction supervising and project management, provide consultant services in economic contract, provide consultant services in purchasing material, technological equipment for construction works;
3. Install steel structure, electrical-mechanical systems (air conditioning and ventilation systems, elevators, electrical control systems, fire warning, observing cameras, sound system);
4. Testing materials quality, testing foundation;
5. Piles construction (concrete, sand, filling, barrette), stones exploitation and production;
6. Manufacture and supply building and decoration materials, pipes and accessories, water equipment;
7. Purchase, sale, consign and export-import construction technological goods, technological lines, machine and equipment for technological and service industries, construction machines and equipment, transport vehicles (motorcycles, other engined-vehicles and spare parts), electronic, electrical and refrigeration equipment, materials, fuels, wasted materials and minerals, agricultural, forest and aquatic products, products of processing industries, handicrafts and consumer goods (except for banned products).
8. Deal in restaurant and hotel (not including bar, karaoke and dancing hall);
9. Passengers transport (by contracts);
10. Provide hosting services of conferences and workshops;
11. Act as an air-ticket agent;
12. Deal in goods loading/unloading, goods transport;
