I. HOUSING DEVELOPMENT

1. Investment abroad: CONSTREXIM is one of first companies to invest housing development abroad. Presently, CONSTREXIM invests 02 housing projects at Czech Republic of which 01 villas project at Karlovy Vary province has been completed and 01 high class apartment building project at Marianske Lanzne city will be completed in the year of 2009.

       2. Projects at Hanoi city:

-         22 floors and 2 basements -          Ground area : 2.192m2 -          Construction area : 47.758m2 -          Total capital : 402 bil. VND -     Commencing in the year of 2006, planing to complete in the year of 2008

        4. Projects at other provinces: CONSTREXIM now invests and is constructing Bac Ha Residential Area at Ha Dong city and Mat Son Lake New Urban Area at Hai Duong province.

II. INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTION PROJECTS

     1. Graphit cast iron factory: CONSTREXIM invest Tan Long Graphit Cast Iron Factory with capacity of 20.000t/year at Hai Phong city which is gotten into production in the end of 2007.

      2. Wooden furniture factories: CONSTREXIM invest 02 wooden furniture factories at Hung Yen and Binh Duong provinces with each capacity of 2.500m3 /year. These factories will produce high class products for exporting to markets of Europe, USA, Japan and furnitures as bed, table, chair, door, partition.etc...

      3. Plastic door factory: VietSec Window Factory with capacity of 480.000m2 door/year and 3.000 bar Profile/year is constructed on ground area of 20.000m2 in Industrial Park at Ban town, Hung Yen province with synchronic technology line of Germany.

      4. Hydropower plant project: CONSTREXIM is a main shareholder of La Ngau Hydropower Company with generating capacity of 36MW at Binh Thuan province.

III. OTHER FIELDS    

     1. University urban area project: CONSTREXIM cooperates with Hanoi Polytechnic University to establish Polytechnic J.S. Company to invest University Urban Area project at Hanoi city with ground area of 360ha.

      2. The other projects are in process at Ha Tay province as Tan Hoi New Urban area, Song Phuong Industrial Zone and other investment fields.
